Terms of Service

Last updated: March 5, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using hppy.dev (the “Service”), operated by Vectorpoint (“Company,” “we,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Service

hppy.dev is an AI-powered DevOps platform that triages bug reports, proposes code fixes, processes feature requests, and tracks issues to resolution. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, and uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to analyze source code and generate proposals.

3. Account Registration

You register for the Service by authenticating through GitHub OAuth. By signing in, you authorize us to access your GitHub account information (name, email, avatar, and repository data) as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account and for all activity that occurs under your hppy.dev account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit malicious code, malware, or exploits through the Service.
  • Use the Service with repositories you do not own or have authorization to access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or engage in any unlawful activity.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze bug reports, source code, and feature requests, and to generate fix proposals, triage assessments, and other outputs. AI-generated content is provided “as is” without any guarantee of correctness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated proposals before merging them into your codebase. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be free of errors, security vulnerabilities, or unintended behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your source code, repositories, and any original content you submit to the Service. AI-generated fix proposals and analysis outputs are licensed to you for unrestricted use in connection with your projects. We claim no ownership over your code or AI-generated outputs derived from it. The Service itself, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, remains the property of Vectorpoint.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. For annual subscriptions, if you cancel before the end of the annual term, you will receive a prorated credit for the remaining unused months, which may be applied to future charges. No cash refunds are issued.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vectorpoint and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@hppy.dev.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or a prominent notice within the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
